Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

We accept returns within 28 days from purchase, providing it is unopened and in original condition (including packaging). For these purchases, you can return your order for an exchange or store credit.

You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty. Items returned after 28 days may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra restocking fee of 25%.

The customer is responsible for the cost of an item’s return unless there was an error on our behalf.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any edible items that are opened due to strict health policies. Please make your selections carefully, and double-check your order before submitting it.

If the option of a refund is applicable we will process a refund back onto the card that made the original purchase less the postage costs incurred by us for your item. Your postage costs will vary depending on where you are located.

We advise that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show in your account.

If you have not received a refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank.

Although we submit any refund to your bank immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product is damaged we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or issue a refund.

If you received a damaged product, please contact us and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you can return any product purchased from us within 28 days of the date of purchase for an exchange, or store credit of equivalent value. Change of mind returns must be unopened and in new, saleable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase (sales receipt) and original packaging.

Clearance and Gift Cards are excluded from our Change of Mind Policy.

The customer is responsible for the cost of an item’s return unless there was an error on our behalf. Due to the nature of couriers, it may cost more to send an item back to us than us shipping it out to you.
