General Information

We deliver products across Australia using Australia Post.

Delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order and your chosen delivery address.

Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. The cheapest shipping method will be automatically selected when you complete your order.

We may use other shipping methods at our discretion if a better method is available. Our freight charges are minimal as our aim is only to cover the cost of shipping your goods to you.

Due to restricted operating hours from Australia Post and courier/freight companies, we are unable to dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Public Holidays may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

  • Order cutoff time is 2.00 pm (Brisbane time) every weekday.
  • Handling time is currently 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time with Australia Post is typically around 5 -8 days (Monday to Friday)

 

Free Shipping

Free shipping across Australia applies to orders over $80 excluding postage or gift cards. Australia Post Regular Mail will be used for all free shipping orders.
If your order qualifies then free shipping will be automatically applied to your order during checkout.

Australia Post

  • Regular Mail
    We send all our free shipping items via Australia Post Regular Mail. These items are not insured and are not trackable. Any purchases sent in this manner are posted at the purchaser’s own risk.
  • Registered Post
    Registered Post is an option you can choose and pay for to minimise the chance of your item going missing in transit. We will send you a link & tracking number to track some stages of your parcel’s journey. Australia Post does not scan the item until it arrives at the postal facility closest to the location it has been sent to. It must be signed for, so if you are not home it will be taken to the local Post Office.
  • Express Post
    Australia Post’s Eparcel Express is an option you can choose and pay for and is generally the most time-efficient method of postage. It can be as fast as 24-48 hours depending on location.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

We do not currently ship outside of Australia. Please contact us to discuss your options if you live outside of Australia.

 

Unsuccessful Deliveries

You will incur a re-delivery fee if your item(s) delivery is unsuccessful for any of the following reasons:

  • You entered an incorrect or Inaccurate address
  • You failed to pick up your parcel within the acceptable time frame
  • You or the Receiver rejected the package.

Where possible, for larger items please avoid entering a PO Box number as we may not be able to ship your order to a PO Box due to size & weight restrictions. In the above case, we may contact you requesting an alternate address and it is your responsibility to provide this.
